Eudokia of Heliopolis, was an ascetic nun who died under the persecution of the governor Vicentius. As a nun, she built a monastery near the city of Baalbeck where she ministered to all the people who needed assistance. The Orthodox Church celebrates her feast day on March 1. Eudokia means goodwill in Greek.
